Sebastien Sime — IT Leadership & Technology Strategy

Sebastien Sime contributes to SL FINANCIAL’s technology vision and strategic development, helping bridge actuarial expertise, consulting practices, and digital innovation.

Drawing on his experience in software engineering, artificial intelligence, and technology architecture, he provides technical guidance and supports the design of digital solutions aligned with the firm’s business objectives.

His contributions focus on translating industry challenges into practical technological approaches, identifying opportunities for automation, and promoting scalable, efficient solutions that strengthen analytical capabilities and support informed decision-making.

Regis Djiongo — Actuarial Supervisor

Regis Djiongo is an Actuarial Consultant with nearly five years of experience.

He specializes in IFRS 17, IFRS 9, and IAS 19, as well as liability valuation, reserving, and Expected Credit Loss (ECL) modelling.

Throughout his career, he has supported insurers across several African markets through the development of valuation tools, actuarial models, and practical solutions addressing complex financial and regulatory requirements.

As Actuarial Supervisor, Regis contributes to the quality and reliability of SL FINANCIAL’s actuarial work through model reviews, technical oversight, and team mentoring.

His expertise also supports the integration of actuarial rigor into technology-driven solutions, helping ensure that the firm’s tools remain grounded in sound methodologies and practical industry experience.
