Armand Sime — Co-Chief Executive Officer (Co-CEO)

In his role as Co-CEO, Armand Sime shares responsibility for shaping the firm’s strategy, overseeing operations, and supporting sustainable growth. He helps guide SL FINANCIAL’s hybrid business model, ensuring that our teams remain aligned with client needs while advancing the firm’s strategic priorities.


Sebastien Sime — Head of IT

As Head of IT, Sebastien Sime plays a key role in connecting actuarial and consulting expertise with technology development. By translating practical industry needs into effective digital tools, he contributes to the development of solutions designed to enhance efficiency, strengthen analytical capabilities, and support better decision-making.


Regis Djiongo — Actuarial Supervisor

Regis is an Actuarial consultant with nearly five years of experience. He specializes in IFRS 17, IFRS 9, and IAS 19, as well as liability valuation, reserving, and ECL modelling. He has supported insurers across several African markets by developing valuation tools and actuarial models. He is also committed to mentoring junior actuaries and delivering practical, high-quality actuarial solutions.

As Actuarial Supervisor, Regis contributes to the quality and reliability of SL FINANCIAL’s actuarial work through model reviews, technical oversight, and team mentoring. His role also supports the integration of actuarial rigor into our technology solutions, helping ensure that our tools remain grounded in sound methodologies and practical expertise.
